The conference organized a “Get Curious” event at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturday 18 April, immediately after the end of the conference. AFMNET contributed 4 tables staffed by Paul Keatley and Rob Hicken from the University of Exeter, and Natalie Whitehead and Callum Vincent from the Exeter Science Centre. The event recorded more than 1000 visitors with more than 750 at the AFMNET tables.
